Service Standards

• Within 2 hours of receiving an instruction we will make contact to arrange to inspect the subject property as soon as possible;
• Either on the same day of us visiting the subject property, or the following morning, we will email the completed EPC graph and the four page report. If you wish for an additional report to be emailed to a third party, then we can do this on your behalf without any further charge;
• Early morning appointments are available should a client and/or vendor/landlord need to leave home for work;
• We offer a reliable, courteous and professional service;
• An Accredited and Government Compliant Energy Surveyor is assigned to carry out the report;
• All of our Energy Surveyors have Professional Indemnity insurance cover of £1,000,000 and separate Public Liability insurance cover of £2,000,000;
